KittyBea, by the Sea is a new Collection of coastal inspired colorways. Inspiration is taken from scenic beaches, coastal landmarks, and local wildlife- including gorgeous shells found whilst beachcombing. The first location of inspiration is (naturally): Florida!

Nokomis is the newest addition to KittyBea. This Fingering/Sock weight, Bamboo, Cotton, and Nylon blend is perfect for knitting or crocheting socks, garments, and baby items. Nokomis is bouncy enough to use for intarsia/colorwork. It is lightweight and ideal for our coastal climate, and any warm season.

Description of Colorways

The Keys: Inspired by the gorgeous water in The Florida Keys, this tonally variegated colorway is the perfect blend of turquoise, green, and everything in between.

Xanadu: Shifts of lavender to grape, variegated with orchid purple. A personal favorite.

Shine a Little Love: Pools of bright peach, mixing with pools of lavenderish pink.

Mr. Blue Sky: Light glacier blue, blending into a brighter, exquisite blue.

Sandcastle: Washes of sand and ecru throughout.

Au Naturel: Natural ecru, undyed.

Instructions for Care

Hand wash or gentle machine on cold, with gentle detergent or wool wash only, dry flat or tumble dye low.

We recommend hand-washing all of our products (no matter what the manufacturer says) with a gentle wash. Eucalan and Soak are two of our favorites. This will extend the life of your yarn and projects!
